This was one of the most unprofessional experiences I’ve ever had. I waited forever just to be seen, and when the aesthetician finally came in, I noticed they were about to use what appeared to be a previously used microneedling tip that had been left out. That immediately raised serious concerns about cleanliness and safety. I got up and walked out. There is absolutely no excuse for making a client question whether sterile equipment is being used.

Growing up, my mom was always great about making sure I received facials, chemical peels, and micro dermabrasions. I’m getting married in a year and thought, “I should get facials for the big day!” I did my research around the area and this location has incredible reviews, now I know why. Technology has come so far from the 20 years ago. They take great care of your skin, listening to your concerns, and creating a protocol. This place is amazing. I am treated like royalty here. The services they provide are reasonable and they are so great at what they do. I look like a different person with threads they did on me and the facial balancing took years off of my age and you k ow we love ladies looking are best. I am a returning customer. The customer service is awesome as well. The staff greets you with a smile. The place is so nice and clean and smells good when you enter.
