Cara Did my Hydro Facial, she was professional, knowledgeable. She suggested an extra mask onto my treatment my skin is glowing. I actually got two compliments on my way home. I book my next appointment. You won’t be disappointed.

Awesome experience from the front desk to the owner/manager then the ARNP Vicente and his nurse assistant. A+ service and excellent results. Highly recommend. Love my lips now! I don’t even need lipstick to go out the door. Botox as well. My lines are gone!

I had an appointment for a massage this morning. It was a gift, so I have never been to this location before. I received 2 text messages confirming my appointment time. Neither one of the messages included the address. When I entered “Facial mania spa n hair” into my GPS, it only gave me the option for a location on Jog rd. Being that I am a first time customer, not aware of there being multiple locations, I arrived at the Jog location and waited for them to unlock the doors. I received a call from the congress location at 10:07 alerting me of my appointment. Long story short, I was at the wrong location. The customer service person was not friendly about it, very upsetting. I took the day off to get this massage.
I will be writing a review to make sure this does not happen to someone else.
